If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, please  email our Customer Service team  or call us on 0844 800 4166 between 10am and 5pm, Mon-Fri. Please quote your order number and order date.

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

Returns via the Post Office

Our refund policy means that if you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from just return it to us in its original condition with your Order Reference Number within 28 days of despatch and we will issue a refund for the price of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service

We do not offer a free returns service

  • Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging but removing the delivery label.
  • Please include the reason for the return.
  • Please ensure you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office.
